Terms of use
The agreement for using Group Watch for Confluence.

1. Who this is between
These terms are between Gold Standard Web and the organization that installs Group Watch for Confluence (the "app") ("you"). By installing or using the app, you agree to them. If you buy the app through the Atlassian Marketplace, the Atlassian Marketplace terms also apply.
2. What you may do
While your subscription is active (or within the free tier), you may use the app on the Confluence Cloud site it's installed on, for your organization's own work.
3. What you may not do
- Copy, resell, or reverse-engineer the app, except where the law allows it.
- Use it to break the law or anyone's rights.
- Try to get around licensing or usage limits.
4. Payment
Prices, billing and refunds are handled by Atlassian through the Marketplace. If your license lapses, the app stops syncing and leaves existing watches in place.
5. Your data
Your data stays yours. The app stores what's described in the Privacy policy, only in Atlassian's Forge storage, and deletes it on uninstall.
6. Your responsibilities
You decide which groups watch what. You're responsible for the rules your admins create and the email they cause. Use the preview and limits to check before you save.
7. Support and changes
We provide support as described on the Support page. We may update the app, and change or end features, with reasonable notice where we can.
8. No warranty
The app is provided "as is". We work hard to make it reliable, but we don't promise it will be error-free or always available. It depends on Atlassian's platform, which we don't control.
9. Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Ending
You can stop at any time by uninstalling. We may end your access if you seriously break these terms. On uninstall, the app's stored data is deleted (see Before you uninstall).
11. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of GOVERNING_LAW_TBD.
